Mainly Sunny is committed to respecting the personal privacy and personal information of all our customers, employees and affiliates. MainlySunny will not use or disclose personal information about a customer, employee or affiliate to any third party without their consent.
 
Mainly Sunny Commitments 

In order to offer and provide effective marketing solutions, Mainly Sunny must collect information regarding our customers and disclose it to individuals within our organization.  This information is considered confidential, which is why we make the following commitments to our customers: 

Mainly Sunny will only collect the personal/business information necessary to provide MainlySunny customers with business solutions.  

Mainly Sunny does not collect, use or disclose personal information about a customer to a third party without the consent of the customer, except where required by law or as authorized to do so by the Privacy Act. 

From time to time Mainly Sunny may disclose personal information about our customers to an authorized agent of MainlySunny, on a temporary basis in order to determine how our service is meeting customer needs and how we can better meet those needs. 

Mainly Sunny uses a password protected software program that has a database which contains personal information about a customer.  Mainly Sunny also collects in written form, personal information about a customer and this information is kept in a secure location with controlled access. 

Mainly Sunny customers are entitled to examine the personal information held regarding them, subject to the restrictions provided by law, and may request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.  If applicable, we will disclose this information to the person concerned or rectify it promptly.
